IF you need to amend your order, we’re happy to accommodate,
BUT… items go into production almost immediately, so please contact us as soon
as humanly possible if you need to tweak your order. We will do our best to
please.
Refunds are only issued for errors in production that can’t
be remedied with replacement of the item, and then only after the item has been
returned to SplendidThings, LLC. Pay close attention to Size Charts to ensure
you receive a good fit on apparel.
No cancellations on items already in production. Production begins
almost immediately after order is placed, as most items are printed on demand
with a third-party printing/shipping company, and orders are automated.
Delivery times differ by product and vendor and country of origin,
and multi-item orders likely will not ship together in one package. Most items
are sourced in the United States, but not all. Please see product description
for details.
